The event was organized in conjunction with the Experts Discussion Series of the National Committee on United States-China Relations and held at the New York offices of Covington & Burling LLP. The event featured a keynote address by David Willard and a Q&A session led by Stephen A. Orlins, President of the National Committee on United States-China Relations.
